Dimensions are in PDF points (1/72 inch): convert to mm/inch if needed for printing.
CropBox ≠ MediaBox: some viewers use one or the other for display; be careful with interpretations.
Damaged or encrypted PDFs may limit analysis.

Why does the page have a 90° rotation?

Content may be stored 'upright' but displayed via a rotation flag. This is common for scans.

How to convert points to millimeters?

1 point = 25.4 / 72 mm ≈ 0.3528 mm. You can easily convert on the script side.

Does it detect blank pages?

Not always: a page may have invisible content. Use a dedicated detection tool if needed.
